The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and obtaining a shipping receipt to ensure the safe return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If the return is approved, we will process the refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that the timing of the refund posting in your account may vary by payment method and financial institution.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, you will need to follow the return process as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
Product Condition and Specifics:
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons. These may include undergarments, swimwear, and earrings. Additionally, custom-made or personalized items are generally not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing or quality defect.
